2 pounds trout filets ; 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion ; 1/2 teaspoon salt ; 1 tablespoon lemon juice ; 1/4 cup catsup ; 1 tablespoon melted fat or oil pepper ; 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery ; Directions: Sprinkle fillets with salt. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Skewer the filets and place on a rack over coals. Baste filets with sauce. Cover. Broil several inches from the coals. Cook for 8-12 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
